What we collect and why

When you use a form on this site we collect only what the form asks for:

• Booking requests — your name, phone number, vehicle registration and preferred day, so your branch can confirm your slot.
• Tyre price enquiries — your reg or tyre size, name and phone number, so we can call you back with a price.
• MOT reminders — your reg and email/mobile, so we can remind you before your MOT is due.
• Fleet and contact enquiries — your contact details and message, so the right person can reply.

Form submissions are processed by Netlify (our website host) and read by JK Tyres branch staff. We don't sell, rent or share your details with anyone else, and we don't add you to marketing lists.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept only as long as needed to handle them and for our reasonable business records.

Cookies

This site sets no marketing or advertising cookies and doesn't share your browsing with ad networks. A few small things are stored in your browser:

• We remember which branch you looked at last (stored on your device, never sent to us) so the “call” button shows your branch.
• Maps only load when you click “Show map” — at that point Google may set its own cookies underGoogle's privacy policy.

We also use an analytics service to understand how people use this site. It doesn't set cookies and never follows you onto other websites, but it does store a random ID in your browser so we can tell a returning visit from a new one. Alongside that it records the pages you view, the site you arrived from, roughly how long you stay and how far you scroll, and general device information such as screen size, language and time zone. It doesn't collect your name, email or anything you type into a form.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it or delete it, and complain to the ICOif you're unhappy with how we've handled your data. Just call or write — no forms, no fuss.
